888Poker Withdrawal Issue?

Has anyone here had a withdrawal issue with 888poker? I use neteller as my deposit and withdraw method. When I went to request a neteller withdrawal, I know it normally takes at least 3 days for a cash out to be approved as I have deposited and withdrew from 888poker a while back and cashouts take longer on 888poker.


I got an email that said


We'd like to let you know that your withdrawal was returned to us. We'll try again using the same method. If you need any help, contact us via live chat for a quicker solution.


Normally when I request a withdrawal by neteller and cashout has been processed, I would just receive the email that says your cash out has been processed and funds are in your neteller account.


Well, the funds never showed up to my neteller account. I then googled and it seems like some other people have the same issue? I had used skrill previously a while back before as my deposit and withdraw method but then used neteller ever since. From what I'm reading online such as on Reddit, it seems like 888poker no longer allows cashouts to neteller then but does allow Skrill? It does still show neteller and Skrill in my deposit and withdraw options so why didn't my neteller cashout go through? The withdrawal amount was never credited back to my 888poker account.

I went to live chat in the 888poker client but I can't speak to an actual live chat representative. Anyone here had this issue?

I got the same email yet again.

Does 888 have live chat or it doesn't? I can't get to speak to live chat because it's an automated live chat that is on it.

Does 888 answer emails and if so, which is the email? Has anyone here had this happen to a neteller withdrawal?

Logged into 888 account and it showed message that reads like this below


There has been an issue whilst applying your withdrawal payment. It said to check your email or contact [email protected].


So that is the email that I have to message 888 on then to resolve my neteller withdraw issue? Has anyone here had this issue recently?

I haven't had any issues, but don't use netteller. You'll have to keep on communicating with 888 via email.

Are you sure that the amount was not credited to your Neteller account?
Check it out. I use Skrill, but over the past six months there have been two cases when the money came to my Skrill account, but nevertheless, I received an email from 888 that the funds were returned to them and they will try to send them to me again using the same method. Then I just wrote them an email informing them that I had received the funds and there was no need to send them again.

I also received a message that the funds were returned to them, but in fact they were credited to my account. Some strange technical glitch. Nevertheless, I recommend that you contact a specialist in the appropriate thread on our forum to resolve your issue.

I still haven't gotten an email back from 888 on a withdrawal issue that I sent an email to of [email protected]. I didn't mention my 888 username on the email but I assume it isn't necessary? Anyone else have this issue?


Amount not credited back to my neteller account.
