Guys has anyone sent an email to the WPT for problems with the security check?

Sorry for not being able to share information about WPT since it's restricted in my jurisdiction , but usually someone from their support can tell you exactly what you need for proof of ID. they might need a jpg of ID or driving licence , maybe a utility bil or bank statement , not older than 3 months.

And why I write this reply is because some support staff ask for front and back photo of your credit card .... NEVER SHARE that information , since support might be outsorced by an external company and you dont want a random employee knowing sensitive information such as your credit card CVV

Have you guys had instances when support ask for credit card photos front and back ?

When depositing money, ask for all necessary information in case you make a subsequent withdrawal! The conditions that are required if you make a withdrawal afterwards, denote a lack of seriousness, respect and suspicion! Otherwise delete your account!
