GGPoker Withraw

I made a deposit on GGPoker about a year ago. After 3 and after 4 months I made a cash out. There were no problems.
Now I wanted to make another cash out. But that didn't work because I can only cash out if I have made a deposit in the last 6 months.

Is this a joke or is this normal?

Had a similar situation on 888Poker. I wasn't able to withdraw to my credit card because I haven't used it for two months.

So I simply made a deposit with it again and then was able withdraw after that.

So I recommend you do the same.

Normal, this is due to EU Money Laundering prevention laws, you are not allowed to use poker sites as banks to hold your money in.

Deposit decays in 6 months and since you have passed that timeframe you need to make a new deposit, play the deposit in full (for example if you make 10€ deposit = play 1€ x 10 tournaments) and then you can withdraw but only using the very same method you used to deposit.

I used the Skrill payment system, and I understood that you need to make a deposit at least once a year to have an active withdrawal method available at GGPoker. This is not a joke, you just need to make a minimum deposit.

That's right, there are such rules in poker rooms. Make a minimum deposit and withdraw in 1 day using the same method.

I didn't have to make a deposit. Was asked to verify my visa, did that and the cash out went through.

it is not normal. GG do very slow withdraw but it is a big room

I have never encountered anything like this. I have withdrawn funds that had been in my account for over half a year and there were no problems. I did not have to make any deposits beforehand. This was the case on GG, WPT Global, ACR and recently on PokerDom

The same happened to me, It's annoying but it's really not that big of an issue imo (as in I understand it is a KYC AML thing and not a me thing) I just deposited $5 using the method I always used to "satisfy the requirement" or however you would want to call it and withdrew a few days (maybe a week) later.
