U mean withdrawal options no? They disappear after u did not deposit for some months and reappear upon deposting again.

What was their reasoning to not pay u out? U need to be more specific and post the conversation between u and them if there was any.

Exactly, all withdrawal options were removed from my account. I believe that since I hadn't made any more deposits, there was no reason to deposit, as I'm profitable and managed to save some money and now I decided to withdraw.

When I realized there were no more withdrawal options, I decided to make a deposit using PIX, thus having the option to withdraw all the money I had won.

But that's when the whole problem started. They only paid me the amount I had deposited, and the rest of the money (profits I earned playing) was returned to my account!

I tried to withdraw smaller amounts; I made three attempts this way, and all of them were denied and returned.

In other words, all the money I won playing is stuck, and even though there is a withdrawal option available (PIX), they refuse to pay me!

There is no longer any contact support, and all messages sent by email are automated, leaving no help line!

difficult situation, as I spent years playing and having fun there, but it seems like they are starting to create problems!

I hope someone shows up soon and can help me and that this isn't as serious as I'm imagining!
