Hi,
what are the relative merits of Luxon Pay vs Ecopayz for ACR withdrawal.

I'm in the UK and don't have an account with either and I only want to set up one.

Any advice/opinions gratefully received.

I used ecopayz without a problem until I realized I had more funds in my ecopayz account than I could withdraw to my bank account because I would go over my account limit. I was not aware of this account limit until it was too late! So now I will have to send them a bunch of documents to update to what they call silver status to get the rest of my funds out. I do not know anything about Luxon .

Luxon 100%. No fees for p2p's and this fact alone is enough.

I played at ACR and the most convenient way for me to withdraw was to transfer it to my crypto wallet. Fast, very cheap, and reliable. Don't you consider this option?

I am using Luxon Pay and so far no problems with ACR deposits and withdrawals. The only aspect I did not tried yet and have no opinion so far is the optimal method to transfer from Luxon Pay to my bank account.

I guess it is a transaction limit and for me it is 2500 euros. It might vary for different countries. I found mine by going to settings and then limits. If you upgrade your account status to silver by sending ID documents then I do not think there is a transaction limit but I have not done that yet.

I have never used crypto. Can you point me to a guide how to do this, preferably ACR relevant.

Bitcoin or Ether is easiest option for me.

I have used ecopayz before and it is good and had no problem with transaction on ACR but due to new rules I have problems getting money off ecopayz so I rarely use it now.

I have not used Luxon Pay so not sure how good it is.

Thank you for the answer! 🙂
I use EcoPayz (silver status) + I have Luxon too, but never try Luxon for ACR withdrawal...

When I check the Cashier at ACR it doesn't show Luxon as an option -- is that because mine is a US account?

I just opened a Luxon Pay account, which was quite easy including instant verification. I then requested a withdrawal from ACR, which was also very easy and approved almost instantly. So the only thing lacking now is to see the money actually show up at my Luxon Pay account, and then establish a way to get it from there into a regular bank account. Will update when there is any news on this :)

My money is in the Luxon Pay account now, so it took less than 24 hours. Now I just need to add a bank account to my Luxon account and check the conditions for making a wire transfer. I might wait to do that until my next withdrawal though, since it was only a test withdrawal of $100. But so far it seems like, Luxon Pay is in fact a good option for withdrawing from ACR :)

I now withdrew another $900 to Luxon Pay, changed it all into SEK and requested a wire transfer to my swedish bank account. Luxon Pay has a currency exchange fee of around 2% and a fixed fee for wire transfers of around $23, so its not a great way to withdraw small amounts like $100-200. But its still cheaper than using MoneyGram, which is one of the other options offered by ACR. All in all I will say, that Luxon Pay seem to be a fine alternative for those of us, who dont want to recieve our funds in crypty currency :)
