How did u accumulate the "rest"? Freeroll winnings? P2ptransfers? Deposits?

Looks like u have to playthrough the amount first before they let u withdraw it. They did the same to me when i received a p2p that was over a few hundred dollars or when i deposited similar amounts.

Smaller amounts they dont seem to care.

So play!

no deposits in the last year before this, no p2p, mostly from freerolls (also played some cash and spin&go-s).

I seem to remember that when you deposit there (via skrill) you can only withdraw like 72 hours later (or whatever that limit was) ...

And this ^ was like 3 years ago ...

Pokerstars is getting annoying, I tried to withdraw recently, but security sent me an email saying that money transferred by another player can only be used in games in the room.

I tried to argue with them saying that not all of my account balance comes from transfers, most of the amount I earned in tournaments, but they haven't responded to me so far, so I left it aside, since I'm no longer playing there.

Ps segurana

usually there are no problems with withdrawing to Pokerstars the first time I hear about such problems, but since you have such a problem, then you have not won back your deposit, or you must first withdraw the amount you deposited and then try the rest, so if this does not work, you will need to change the withdrawal method

there are threads about withdrawal, people just suggest some methods but nobody knows exactly

As far as im aware u are a pure freeroller and never ever produce any rake. U cant just use their site as a transfer tool so why are u surprised?

Which leads me to this question: why did u even need transfers from other players on stars if u did not plan to play anyway? Transfer of freeroll winnings of "friends" or "partners"?

U can be totally honest 😉

I will satisfy your curiosity, even though I know that I am not obliged to do so, but I have nothing to hide.

As you said, I'm a freeroller, what happened is that I won some money in the loyal tournament on Replay and I had also exchanged some of my VIP chips for money with Cardschat.

So I made a request to cardschat to receive the amounts through Pokerstars, as I had no other alternative to receive them.

It was then that I received notification from Pokerstars that I could not withdraw this amount and could only use it for games in the room.

But I didn't know about this Pokerstars regulation about not being able to withdraw money transferred by another player.

Satisfied.😉

No idea if it's the same now but way back when I made a large withdrawl I had the same issue only being able to withdraw what I had deposited, I then had to verify my details to get the rest, if I remember correctly the process took around a week.

Was this eventually resolved? Since you made a min deposit and then tried to withdraw, presumably it was your first ever deposit, and most likely your account was then also not verified? In order to pay out winnings gambling sites need to know, who you are, so that they can check, if you were allowed to play in the first place. This is a legal requirement to make sure, that for instance minors are not gambling. The other option is, that the money in your account came from some kind of bonus, and that it was still under a wagering requirement, before it could be withdrawn.

I agree, you just need to play for real money for a while.

All questions regarding withdrawal of money are best resolved with the support of the room. The rules sometimes change, we don’t read them, and support should know what the latest requirements for withdrawing money from their room are.
