What is happening with 888poker withdrawal

I am playing in 888poker for 12 years,Last 2 month's they stopped answering emails,everything seems automated, literally you can't speak with an actual person of the support group
Last 6 days I have 4 pending withdrawal,they didn't send the money they don't answer my emails,they don't respond at all
Anyone knows any contact number I can speak with them?

There is a thread in our community where you can ask a question to an official representative of 888. Hopefully, they will be able to help you. 888 is a good site, but their customer service is a nightmare.

4 pending withdraws in 6 days? That's quite a lot, why was there a need for this? Amounts involved?

I have no problem with my withdrawals at 888poker, for me it is withdrawal and only takes a few minutes, yesterday I made a withdrawal there.

12 éve játszom a 888pokerben, az elmúlt 2 hónapban nem válaszoltak az e-mailekre, minden automatizáltnak tűnik, szó szerint nem beszélhetsz a támogató csoport egy személyével
Az elmúlt 6 napban 4 függőben lévő kifizetésem van, nem küldték el a pénzt, nem válaszolnak az e-mailjeimre, egyáltalán nem válaszolnak
Tud valaki olyan telefonszámot, ahol beszélhetnék velük?

I heard of some cases where sometimes they don't accept the electricity bill as proof of residence...the funny thing is that here, to get a passport, the Federal Police accept it but 888 doesn't...
