Withdrawal without verification via Neteller of Skrill?

Hi, I don't want to give online poker sites my personal information because of privacy reasons. So when I deposit money via Neteller or Skrill to PokerStars or another site, do I have to verify myself before I can make a withdrawal to the same Neteller of Skrill account from wich I deposited in the first place?

for pokerstars and fulltilt, they never asked me for my id when widhdrawing via neteller , all other sites except ladbrokes asked me to verify my account via subbmiting my ID
