I’ve been playing this site for around 12 yrs and it acts as an extra small income for myself. Around 8 days ago I couldn’t deposit due to the site asking for bank statements. No problem I thought! The links on the cashier don’t work on iphone or ipad so they asked me to email them. I hear nothing for 2 days( sent emails asking how long this would take and they are ignored) then I call them to which they inform me they’ve lost the bank statements and can I resend them, I send them proof of original email and again they ignore email.
Long story short… after 20+ emails, countless phone calls, 888 sending random emails to me about $1 being removed from my account and an investigation into it( have no idea what that’s all about) then 3 times asking for my debit card photo's after repeatingly sending the same pictures, then 8 days later they tell me my bank statements aren’t sufficient.
Has anyone else been messed around like this by them? I’d love to make some sort of complaint but they are very unhelpful with regards to this and ignore every point you want to be answered.
I have asked for the account to be closed as their behaviour is disgusting

It should work exactly like your reply to this thread.

Maybe you can follow this link here which should guide you to the last post:

Then you should be able to reply to the thread just like here.

You can then copy/paste your post again in there and include your 888 nickname:)

When composing a letter, try to state your question as clearly as possible, try to refrain from excessive emotional components in your appeal. Use deposits at 888 poker from Skrill and there will be no problems, you don’t need to use bank card transfers at all, but withdraw from Skrill to the card .Support 888 poker leaves an ambiguous impression: although the question is always considered without exception, sometimes it takes a long time to wait for an answer.

They inform you via call that they lost the statements? How can they be lost if you sent them per mail? They removed 1 dollar from your account? You already bother them after 2 days with following up emails? Did you know that things like this can take weeks before they answer?

This story is very weird and you should post all the emails you had with them so people here can get a better picture of the situation.

Its always the same online, if you want any kind of help and credit you have to post the original conversations.

I think you won't find an answer to your question from those supports sometimes this happens they often can't answer and will ask for things that you can't do or they'll ask for after they can It's okay to ignore you if your question is not answered so you'll have to wait or create a new account, many people are already complaining about this just hearing about this problem

A verification can take up to 2 weeks and you should never write follow up emails in this time. They put you back in the queue on almost every site. Wait and then answer, you are not more important than other customers to them.

And as i said: post complete email conversation if you want help and credibility. Me i am verified there without problems. That does not mean i dont believe you but still we need something more then a written text by you to see the big picture .

Hope that helps.

Up to 2 weeks ?!? If any site is indeed that slow then they sure have (real) problems ...

Yes up to 2 weeks. Almost everywhere but sometimes it can be quicker. Depends obv on the site but on 888 i think its around 2 weeks almost all the time.

I've had some really bad experiences on more than one online poker site. (namely iPoker network sites). It'd seem like they don't give a fk about hiring decent staff for customer support service... or they sub contract it out to some answering service who don't even know how to play the game of poker, never mind answering your questions. I'd say the best site for customer support these days is Partypoker. Their rep. on Cardschat is the best (was?) of all I've ever experienced. GGPoker seems decent enough. I've heard Pokerstars has really fallen the past few years, but fortunately there's very few hiccups on their site where you'd even need to access support.
Good luck with your 888poker inquiries. It can sure be tilting AF when your requests go unheard. Makes one wonder "Do they even give AF about their poker site?"

Vertification shouldnt take more than 3-5 working days even when should they not accept something at first try ...
Therefore up to 2 weeks is more than ridicilous but guess some sites do think it's absolutely normal to make everything at snail pace ...

You read such stories and trust in the poker site is declining, don't they understand all this, that some people will switch to competitors, the Internet is full of stories, why do they do it all? and 90% of the time, I think they're not scammers, as they are in this case
