888 Poker has issues in Germany? (resolved)

Since last week I can’t play in tournaments in 888 poker anymore.

I’m wondering if is it general problem or is it only has to do with my account?

I have already contacted with support but still waiting for a response.

I think OP adresses mostly German players, so no need to translate this German 888 - client output into english.
All non German players at 888 are not affected by the German regulatory services LUGAS/OASIS so the answers here should not made by others than German 888 players.

No no new regulatory system LUGAS/OASIS are parts of the regulatory databases implemented with the Glückspielstaatsvertrag.
Start was in 2023 when the had rolled out their system to the poker rooms.
One is to track player that have a block for online gambling or casinos (OASIS) and LUGAS is for controlling logins to only ome site at a time.
I think both services had and still have implementation problems into the systems to all online gambling providers and the bottle neck may be the scale of data delivered to these systems at the same time.
Also not all sites do correct log out messsaging to the LUGAS system. GG logouts are blocked much longer than only 5 minutes, it can last up to 45 minutes until you can play on another allowed site (PS, 888, PP, ...)

But in my country, Venezuela, when the restrictions started, 888 poker unfortunately stopped working, and that was very frustrating. ok it's weird I though 888 already rolled out this new regulatory system, because since several months I couldn't play in GG and 888 parallel anymore but that was possible before

yeah it works for me too now. The problem was solved
