888poker not working properly on new computer - HELP PLEASE!

Hi,

I've recently bought a new computer and downloaded the 888 poker App PC version but its not working properly. I can sign in and register for tournaments, the games do pop up, but i can't seem to make my move and need to minimise the page, bring it back up then i see the change. Does anybody know do I need to get a plug-in or something? An animation thing or something? I'm using chrome internet but also have edge.

It's so annoying because i currently play on a smart phon but can only play 4 game at once and want to play it on my new computer so that I can play more - HELP PLEASE!!!

What are you talking about 'help'?? This sounds like the dream computer to me... a computer that is unable to play on 888poker.

Honestly I think you just have a computer that is ahead of the times. I have no doubt that all of the other, older computers will be catching up to your new one soon and they too won't be able to play on 888Poker.

Lucky you! However there is no other pokerroom with that amount of complaints.
But great its working for you!
You can ask support , maybe they can fix it but I won't get my hopes up 😅
The fault probably lies with their faulty website not your computer

I actually have problems with 888poker too. In my case, the software just stops responding every now and then and I have to restart it to get things working again. It doesn’t happen all the time, but it’s annoying when you’re deep in a tournament. Seems like the client has been a bit unstable lately for a lot of people. Hopefully, they release an update soon to fix these bugs.

No clue which "new computer" you bought but perhaps you should throw this out of window and actually purchase whatever device where 888 (or any other pokersite) works perfectly ...

I had a problem with 888 crashing my computer after 90 to 120 min's of play. I fixed it by always quitting and restarting the app at the break.

Have you tried reinstalling it? Sounds funny for it to respond that way. Also run all the Micro soft updates although they should install automatically. Try asking 888 is there's any pre-dependent software. Could also try playing directly in a browser rather than the app if they still support it.

I am having problems in brazil with 888, they dont accept withdrawal with pix for me and the only chat to talk with them is not working.
