I always contact them when this happens and they exchange it to other spingames if the initial freespin game doesn't work.

Alternatively it almost always works If you login through your browser and open the Casino

I sometimes have to try a few times but I have always got the free spins. It is always Diamond Classics. Where I have all sorts of problems is getting the initial spin to work. But for some reason lately I haven't had any problems .

I regularly have such a problem. At least 1-2 days a week I can't take advantage of this promotion because it just doesn't work, it just doesn't load. Good promotion, but unfortunately it doesn't work very well
