Any idea why I can no longer access my play money account on pokerstars?

I have been unable to even get to the log in page for the last two days. I sent pokerstars an email yesterday outlining my problem and they replied that I should send an email back to them with my log files, which I did. I've gotten no reply since.

Are you playing in your normal geographic location? I had no end of problems when I was out of town visiting.

Never did get it resolved till I returned home.

Are you in WA state? They ban people from specific geographies.

You need to be patient. They take their time with the answer, as always. I had problems with the update a few weeks ago.
