Best time to catch a fly?

I usually play heads up holdem on poker stars and have noticed that - at certain times each day - the players tend to be of an overall lower quality. I haven't played online poker long so I can't say it is a trend.

Coincidence or reality?

Has anyone else noticed poor play at particular times?
