It could be a network policy of ipoker, rather than their own rules ,so could apply to all those on that network.

Ofc it is ?!? Even we couldnt play there for serious period of time some years ago when they were in transition to enter legally to our market ... Not sure whether is it same case with ukrainians or whatever ...

The fact that I can play poker stars, I know because I have been playing there for more than 6 years. BET3653 GIVES THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE A REGISTRATION AND ENTER IN ACCOUNT WELL DO NOT GIVE OPPORTUNITIES TO PLAY, WHERE THE PROBLEM.

I do not know how to answer you, have you tried to contact the support, and what did they say?!, success in solving this problem .... will there be anything with the quarantine ?!
