Can't view hand history on carbon/merge sometimes?

I've had this problem forever on carbon/merge network. When I go to view my hand history from within the game I'm in. (like to see winning hand someone just mucked) Sometimes It just wont work, like nothing will show up. The weird thing is the hand history is still being saved in the right place and is being picked up by my tracking software so it still shows up through there. And at random times for random amounts of time it will go from not showing up to showing up when I try to click on it. I've finally decided to try to see if anyone knows any possible solutions as it hasn't been working for like 2-3 days straight now. Will possibly update with pics later.

Whenever I get disconnected and reconnected again I have this problem. Shut down the carbon client/the lobby and restart and relogin will fix it for me.

They been having this problem since I started playing Carbon poker, over a year now and they never fix this problem. Also they should make their hand history better like how Pokerstar or Fulltilt have theirs.

Get yourself HEM or PT3...the Merge HH is a PITA.

Another unfair advantage a HUD gives. I always felt its unfair that people can track stats on me and know how I play and now I find out they can see my mucked hands and even put me on a more accurate range. Well that just sucks. I guess I have to get one now. No choice.

Mucked cards are available in the HH. I doubt HUDs can see folded cards can they?

Also its not an 'unfair' advantage simply because its also available to you. Unfair would be if it was completely private and you had no way to get it.

HUDs can see all hands the HH would show aswell - not more.

The strange setup the merge HH has makes it more or less useless during game play.

How do you see mucked cards on merge network?

Click on Hand History. If there's a showdown, you'll see your opponent's lhands, even if one of them mucked after calling. This also works whether or not you're in the hand, as long as you're sat at the table... but remember, this only works if someone calls on the river but doesn't have to show their losing hand.

Can you see opponents mucked cards that don't make it to show down with a HEM or PT3? It says in the OP you can see wining hand that someone just mucked.

You could not see your opponents cards if your opponents folded before the river and did not show his/her cards.
