It is hardly possible. You can ask this question in the Pokerstars chat. Is it really necessary?

I really would like to change my nickname too (it makes no sense now), but it's almost impossible. Since I started on poker, PS never allowed to change the nickname. PS only changes the nickname if you prove it that is affecting your real life, like if you put your real lastname on your nickname. I already accepted that I would never be able to change my nickname there :(

You have to contact them and ask. You need a good reason to change it and if they allow it, you will not be able to change it again. I did it a couple of years ago.

Thats why i like playing on Unibet. You can have 5 nicknames there and change up to 3 every day. My take is online poker at least at lower level should be all about anonymity. Pokerstars very rarely allow to change the nickname. Its most likely hopeless.

What reason did you give, and did you succeed in canging your nickname?

Hello.
Wow! You brought up a topic published three years ago!🙊
It is not possible to change the nickname after registration. The only exceptions are offensive nicknames and nicknames that disclose confidential information about the participant (but this still needs to be proved).
In this regard, most likely, the participant could not do it.

hi I agree with you you you were almost 99% right but there is a 1 percent name change. If you remember, before the new year, all players were allowed to change their names who had old names, here's an option if you fall under such promotions, you can call them this way you can change your name no more

Well, of course I don't remember this, since I haven't been eligible to play on Pokerstars for 1.5 years.😃

According to the Pokerstars policy, changing the nickname is possible only in the cases described by me.

One-time promotions are great, of course, but personally I do not welcome this, as it gives an advantage to the one who changed his nickname over his opponents, with whom he often plays.

U were completly right and whatever he is trying to say its not true.

Noone with "old names" was able to change his nickname before new year. At least not that i know. And im sure i would have read about it because this would have been kind of a big thing. Complete spam his post imo.

Yes, there were a lot of dissatisfied players, especially professional players, they were very angry I don't like this either. Well, it happened in a very long time shorter maybe once every 10 years it's not accurate but in short, next time it happens it will be a very long time to wait for it or not at all
:)

I agree, I know that they have a very loyal administration, and a personal approach to solving any issue.
