Coral Poker verification problem

Hi. I am new here. This is my first post and I want to tell about something I am experiencing because I want to share different opinions.
Well I deposited $15 at Coral Poker after they gave me a $10 token I won. I started playing and made $102.50. I wanted to play next days and my account was suspended. I understand they need to verify your account after you make a deposit, in fact I received an e-mail requesting me copy of my ID, utility bill, birth certificate, you know, all necessary data to verify my account, so I sent all my personal details, all what they asked me to verify my account. Ok.
The problem is, e-mail after e-mail, they answered just once in many days. I understand they are busy, but after I sent all my data they are not responding to my e-mails, e-mails I send because I want to know what's happening... and no clues . Days are passing and no a single new. Is this normal?? Is anybody experiencing this problem?? I don't know what to do. Im tired about this situation . They simply do not answer anything!! I will appreciate a lot if anybody could share the experience with this poker room when verifying an account. Thank you very much and have a nice day!

It can take a few days to verify your account. If you sent everything they asked for, they will get it sorted for you. When I verified my account it took a few days. It is frustrating waiting but hang in there.

I had same problems with verification.

But it got solved within 24h after I contacted the Coral rep on the CasinoMeister forum. <--- Could be a good help.

In my experience poker sites are usually happy to let you deposit all day long but if you dare want to withdraw they suddenly need verification.
These days I think it is us players who need verification before we deposit that we will get our month back.
Anyhow as bluff says it usually takes a couple of days for them to sort out verification.
Have you tried phoning them? I have just looked on their website and top right there is a help button, click that and it gives you a number to call. I think this is the easiest way to get it sorted out.

Thanks. That's a good idea. I think I'll try it since I just can't contact them any other way. And how did you contact them? Im trying to do it but without success for now because I can't find them at that site...

Another good idea. Just one problem. I live in Argentina. The call will cost me more than what I have in my account
