Hi. I am new here. This is my first post and I want to tell about something I am experiencing because I want to share different opinions.
Well I deposited $15 at Coral Poker after they gave me a $10 token I won. I started playing and made $102.50. I wanted to play next days and my account was suspended. I understand they need to verify your account after you make a deposit, in fact I received an e-mail requesting me copy of my ID, utility bill, birth certificate, you know, all necessary data to verify my account, so I sent all my personal details, all what they asked me to verify my account. Ok.
The problem is, e-mail after e-mail, they answered just once in many days. I understand they are busy, but after I sent all my data they are not responding to my e-mails, e-mails I send because I want to know what's happening... and no clues
. Days are passing and no a single new. Is this normal?? Is anybody experiencing this problem?? I don't know what to do. Im tired about this situation
. They simply do not answer anything!! I will appreciate a lot if anybody could share the experience with this poker room when verifying an account. Thank you very much and have a nice day!
