Customer service at Party Poker and GG Poker

Recently have had to deal with both on non-standard issues - both were brilliant not only getting back to me within hours but also sorting out these issue with minimal fuss. I get so used to sub-standard service or automated service, that it's nice to deal with thinking humans behind the email.

Most times when people post about customer service on the forum it is to complain about poor service.
So it is nice to read a happy story as it relates to Customer Service on a poker site.
For the most part I get good to great service on the sites I play on.

I like that Partypoker has live chat. You can immediately talk with them and solve your problems. Unfortunately, I couldn't find it on GG which made it a bit harder. Nowadays, I think every room should have a live chat option.

Yup I agree, a live chat option should be found on every site to not just sort out technical issues but to also moderate if needs be.

I have had various levels of service from the different sites - from good to bad. However, I will say that not that long ago I had an issue with GG that lingered several days. Suddenly, someone attended to the problem, corrected it and then sent an apology. I thanked them in return and then received a thank you for my patience with another apology.

It dissolved what had been a frustrating situation and left me feeling there was an employee who genuinely cared I had been inconvenienced and was determined to set things right. It left me with a very good impression of GG.

GG live chat is pretty decent. The waiting time is not very long and they seem to solve problems quickly.

i dont think gg support is very good. i asked them why they changed the sound settings so no its no more possible to activate only the sound when its your turn. you now also have to listen to chip shuffle and cards being dealt. they answered me i can change the volume of the sound lol.

i wrote again but they didn't even bother to reply.
