You have to submit your prize verification information. They give a list from which you have to select three items, a valid US drivers license, a valid state ID card, a valid military ID card, a valid passport, and a Canadian ID card and a drivers license. (4 US items against 2 Canadian)
No drivers license and not been in the military, or no passport - ops no prize.

Pays cash for everything, no bank account, never files taxes, no insurance, only has a drivers license. He has had some interesting stories of dealing with things due to his choice.
