Hello, guys. I need your advice. What should I do?
PokerStars suspended my account, asked for explanation for relationship with another player and after I wrote an explanation, they don't respond in whole week!!

I can't believe they treat their customers like that... What should I do?

Anyhody? :(

use live chat !, it took me emails weeks to respond, but live chat is very simple

They don't let me after restriction. :(
I contacted them via fb, but it's the same answer - wait.

Opening another account is not the best solution, it will be restricted there! He can only wait! Perhaps the relationship with that player violates the PS terms and conditions and has harmed other players and is warranted an analysis of his account and takes some time. I hope they solve their problem and have no repercussions in the future. Good luck!

I waited 1 month to get a respond from them. I've sended e-mails, wrote to their FB and Twitter supports but they replied that they have bunch of messages from players and supports are having hard time handling it. Probably they'll respond you with something like this. So, you just have to write an e-mail to:[email protected] (other e-mails didn't respond to me) and wait.

This is a bad offer. And how will he then withdraw the money won. They will then require documents. Now you just need to wait for an answer and not write new letters. Otherwise, the review period will drag on for longer.

If your game was honest without fraud with this player, then your account will be unblocked. Now the support service answers a very long time to letters, and in your case it will take even more time. Be patient and expect an answer. Good luck.

There is nothing you can do. You just have to wait. Two months ago, PokerStars security was checking my account and my identity and it lasted for 5-6 weeks. All this time the account was frozen. So be patient.

I too have waited almost a month, and I have received nothing, when I checked in the spam inbox I found their email, you must looking in times of times in the spam, and if you have nothing to you reproach they will go to unblock your account

these check cases are a frequent issue for players.most likely your friend was noticed in violation of the rules of use and you are automatically blocked with him.wait soon you will answer.those are the rules.

same problem here

Got my account blocked six weeks ago. For the same reason. I had a whole list of players associated to me. I did not know any of them.
Sent them all the papers ( passport, utilty bill and bankstatement).
Still waiting for them to unblock my account. Thee is no way to get into direct contact with them.
This is annoying as hell.....

Live chat is better for solving problem ( faster ) , but with big firm like PokerStars you never know ...
