With the recent events concerning bots, how do you know if your playing against bots? What are ways to know, or even think, your opponents are bots? Then what can you do to have them investigated by the poker site? What is concidered proof or evidence to submit to the site? Im kinda new to the online poker world so any incites would be appreciated.

Proving that you are playing against a bot is difficult. For me, for example, it is suspicious when an opponent plays for a very long time and does not take a break.
