Did I Really Win a Prize..? My Experience with WPT Global (resolved)

I wanted to share my recent experience with WPT Global — honestly, I'm not sure if I actually won a prize or if I was just chasing a mirage.

About a week ago, I won a $530 Polish Poker Masters Package ticket. The ticket appeared clearly in my account, valid until July 27, 2025.

But surprise... the ticket suddenly disappeared from my account just hours later. No ticket, no voucher, and no way to know how or where to use the package!

I contacted WPT support, and they told me to reach out to Sztos Game on Facebook. When I did, they gave me a vague response saying "the package is for the Polish Poker Masters" and that it can't be exchanged — but no useful information or instructions on what to do next.

Right now, it honestly feels like I won an imaginary prize — something I can’t use, can’t redeem, and can’t even understand.

Has anyone here had a similar experience?
Do you think I should take stronger action at this point?
I’d really appreciate your thoughts or advice 🙏

I won it through a two-step satellite. In the first step, I won a $33 ticket, which qualified me for the final stage. Then I managed to win the main $530 package mentioned in my original post.
I joined the satellite on WPT Global using a password that was shared on the official Polish Poker Masters Facebook page

Really weird... Usually there's some kind of Qualifying list of people won a package.


Also weird, it's called Polish Poker Masters but it's actually in Czech Republic, Rozvadov.
Here's the tournament schedule .

Definetly contact Wpt Global again , alone to clarify for which game exactly you won the package for.

I’d like to provide an update regarding the issue I previously mentioned about the missing WPT package ticket I won through the qualifiers.

After contacting WPT Global support and submitting all the necessary evidence, my case was reviewed and I’ve been officially compensated — either with cash or alternative tickets (depending on the compensation method).

I truly appreciate this forum for being the reason I had this opportunity, and I also thank you for your support and understanding.

I completely agree — the whole situation was a bit confusing.
But I’ve already contacted WPT Global and the issue has now been fully resolved.
They compensated me in cash without any deductions. All good now! 😊

Your story gave me the idea of a short vacation actually xD I looked at the tournament schedule and there's a mystery bounty game for just 165€ with 300K € gtd which caught my attention.
Czechia isn't far away from me so I consider going there 👌🏼
