Inconsistencies with balances on GGPoker

Very interesting. This is the first time I've heard about this. It's good that you inform us about such things. I wonder how they justify it. Maybe they charge an additional commission or something like that. I remember when I withdrew money from GGpoker, they charged me an additional $1, but it was stated in the terms and conditions that I read during the withdrawal process.

So what exactly happened prior to that? Did you make a withdraw? Had you been active on GG? Did you deposit?
Or did they simply take money away without any actions from you?

Yeah I've withdrwn form GG multiple times, and Its always been lovely and smooth no dramas!

I think GG is a great site, great games, great promos, my only issue is that many of their Mtts are very long, but with so many players, that will happen and there are usually enough slightly quicker games for me to play when i want to

There's a detailed transaction history by GGPoker where you can see which amounts are added or deducted from your account.

I never experienced any strange amounts or mismatches there.

As GGPoker is a regulated site, I doubt they'd risk their business for the little amount (to them) of 4$.

I too have the same opinion! But so it was. I checked the account before leaving the site and when I returned I noticed that exactly $4 was missing! I am waiting for their answer! It's not about $4 but theprinciple and the safety of money in the account!!!

It's a strange situation. I've been playing on GGpoker for over 3 years, but I've never noticed any money disappearing from my account. It's very strange. I'll have to wait for an explanation from the support team.

Thats a very good idea and i think i will follow this advice in the future for advanced security.

Are u absolutely sure u did not register for any games before u left the site? Do u only play poker or also in the casino? Any withdrawals lately to another currency?

Have u checked all ur gaming history in the casino and Poker? Its almost impossible that they just take money from ur bankroll like that. You say u are already registered for something on sunday...maybe it has something to do with that?

yes they charge a dollar for every withdraw. Not exactly news and highly doubt 4 withdrawals are the reason for op's "missing money" 😉

-Full number of the game;
- The date and time at which you played that round.
Maybe I give up. I just noticed, and they ask for absurd clarifications... I know the day and the fact that money disappeared from the account.I did not say that I was not paid at a game to ask for time, game, etc.
