Looking for Pokerstars SnG traffic data

Is there a place where one could see how many Sit n Gos of each type and buy-in run daily, and what times are the busiest?

All I have been able to find are cash game stats.

Not that I am aware of. The european evening hours are the busiest time for all game formats including SnGs. Some types of SnGs only fill and run during these peak hours.

I'm guessing you've got some of your answer (seeing how old this post is) & because I saw you on Pokerstars today (25nl Zoom)
There's some traffic for SNG's (STT) on Partypoker. They have an ongoing Leaderboard there which boosts the traffic considerably
