Most legit would be that one who has CC games but sadly none of them are offering these so yeah ...

Are you asking about quality of the poker software? I'd say PokerStars, by a mile.

Ability for a US player to play for cash? No real luck here, unless you live in one of the few states that has legalized online poker. There are other sites where you can play, but none are protected, nor are you guaranteed to ever be able to withdraw any funds (depositing is generally much easier...)

ACR the most rigged poker site on the web, to many players know the cards. There's at least 2 on every table and almost everyone uses RTA software, the site allows it. If you play there watch for those players that fold preflop 5 hands in a row to play a K 2 offs and hit everything then fold another few hands to play a 9 3 offs and hit again and do it over and over. Why would anyone even fold preflop waiting for garbage hands like that and hit every time? because these players already know and they are on every table.

I would stay away from Everygame Poker. The rest are legit. Global Poker, ACR, Bovada, BOL - all good options. It should be noted, that ACR has no gaming license and their RNG hasn't been tested in 4 to 5 years, but I've personally never had a problem with them.

4 to 5 years ago is when they had the so called DDos attacks, it has never been the same since and they scammed a lot of players at that time, me being one of them. They never made it right either for a lot of us, we just had to take the loss. Now the site is just a cheaters haven, littered with bots, house players and the winners are the ones using RTA software which they allow. Not to mention the donkey favored algorithm to get more deposits.

If by legit you mean regulated - there are none except in 5 specific states.

I won't say I've never called out ACR for doing something fishy, but we only see what is happening to us and will never see the bigger picture. That's why it is important to get your RNG regularly tested. That being said, it has been years since they have tested their RNG, but seem to still get the most tournament traffic. So it seems the majority of people are still trusting, including myself. It will take a big scandal of some sorts to truly hurt ACR. Until that happens, they should be considered just as good as any other place. I guess I am technically a professional, since poker is my only source of income and I haven't worked in almost 2 years. I play 5 to 6 days a week on every poker site available to me. The only one I truly recommend staying away from is Everygame Poker/Juicy Stakes Poker(same network). They are not trustworthy and will try to find anyway possible to keep your hard earned winnings.
