HEllo I am nygmen2007 , and I had a problem with my acr account, so I changed my account name to equalizerwick.. I hope people see this, but I will def be explaining it at table... Very sorry, but it needed to be done. Good luck to all

I found an old Doyle Room account that was still active at ACR. I already had an ACR account when they took over the rest of Doyles Room. So I had 2 accounts at ACR.

I immediately reported myself to support there and they fixed it. I have this idea that there are still a lot of peeps who are in similar situations.

You may have been one.

In my case it was an easy fix. I have had the same email address for 20 years. Many peeps may not have that luxury. I know it caused me an issue at Full Tilt because for some weird reason, they had the only alternate email I ever had on record.

I did finally get my money from FT, but it was in the last wave of payouts, early this year.

Perhaps it is a good idea to check your accounts for accurate info.

We do not allow changes to nicknames since they are your identity to other players. Keep in mind that when you go to a brick and mortar cardroom you cannot change our identity, this also applies online.

However, we would like you to send un an email to [email protected] with the reason you need a nickname change. Please send us all the details for your request so we can analyze the situation.

We will be waiting for your kind reply to further assist you.

Identity to other players , why do they need to know my identity ? When I walk into a brick and mortar room the only person who knows me are the floor manager who takes my players card . Everyone else doesn't have a clue and they sure don't need to know my Identity !

To be fair, you do have an identity at the table because the other players can see your face and remember you the next time they play. That is unless you wear a different disguise every time you play.
