Negative Rakeback Balance???

Can someone explain how I have a negative rakeback balance? This is on BlackChip Poker.

I think its because of some first deposit bonus if i am not mistaken.

I've never seen anything like the balance to be in the red, of course I think it's maybe because of the bonus that you then withdrew and did not meet the conditions, or because of some mistake, but it should definitely go away because in the red you definitely will not be able to play on this poker site I didn't play but I think this minus will go away

Yes I did get a deposit bonus but was not my first deposit. This is really jacked up. Because I got money back from the deposit bonus, they ding my rakeback therefore it's not really a bonus at all.

You're wrong, look at the fine print in the black chip rules, it's all explained on their website
