Network issues at GGPoker

Can you imagine how many emails support must've received? Prior to them knowing for sure what the final decisions would be &/or if the problem could be resolved quickly enough to continue running the tournaments.
Having gone through similar stuff in the past, I always just wait it out & see what happens. (and will check their social media pages to see what updates they are providing).
I didn't get to play the GGMasters 5th Ann. but now I will be playing it next weekend Starting off with 71bb's

I got $12 refund as in GG 5million game. Now wait to next Sunday. Will get refund in another game. Wish they would highlight earlier. Nearly went on work laptop as thought my issue

I'm in it with just under 8000 chips starting 10,000. It's nice real poker is played without rebuys. They have offered refunds but I need to win it

That's how it turns out, I thought it was the local provider that was interfering, but it turns out these are GG problems.

If my calculations aren't wrong, I'd get a refund of 264$, which would be a win of 126$ after already getting the refund of the rake. Shall I do it?

I assume it will be around min-cash oraybe 1-2 ranks above that.

Of course we aim for higher but in such a huge tournament field, anything can happen. 😅

you only get a refund if you tell them you cannot play on that day...but yes, seems like a nice win!

After the complaint, they answered me a day later... Where they promised to give it back in 72 hours... They gave it all back...

i busted early, so i was hoping for refund of the payment...their statement on X sounded as if everybody would get their coins back..can`t be sure though.

No, the tournament was still in late registration.

The refund is calculated by the amount of remaining players as well as your stack compared to the whole amount of chips.

If my math is right, I should get a refund of about 300$.

They allow themselves about 24 hours for processing those.
