No option to use ticket, Intertops

I have a bunch of gold chips on Intertops so I played a 1 gold chip buy-in to a Step 1 series, won my ticket to Step 1, then tried to enter the Step 1 sng. I clicked on my tickets in the upper right-hand corner of the main lobby, highlighted the Step 1 sng I wanted to register for, then clicked "use ticket". The software took me to the right tournament, but didn't register me. So I clicked "register", and there was only 1 option...cash from my account, no option to actually use the ticket I have.

Has anyone else had this happen to them?

ive been thru it many times, i close the client reopen and the ticket is there
