Party poker exclusion

Hi guys. I had a 1 year self exclusion put on my Partypoker a/c exactly one year ago, I did not ask for this. I did ask for the casino to be disabled but unfortunately had a year's total blanket ban on my account instead ( no poker ).

Anyway waited patiently, yesterday I asked for my account to be reopened, was told yes, only to then receive an email saying it would not be reopened?!? Has anybody had similar issues? I do not wish to play on any other site, Partypoker for me is the best, HELP PLEASE!!!

not with them, but with other networks similar happened to me - i didnt use my account for a while, didnt remember for any login details, also didnt use the registered email anymore changed address etc.

So i opened a new account under a different skin. I think party operates bwin and ladbrokes poker section, so basically it is the same network, i think they have several other skins, mostly in UK, ask them, try one of those.

not at all, if i can recommend, ask them first before you make any deposit, just make sure they are okay with that, i guess they will be, at least other networks didnt have problem with that in my case.
