Every week for almost 2 years I had to go to their support to get my Thursday night sports freeroll ticket and my weekly deposits freeroll tickets.. they never fixed it and now don’t allow me to play in them. party poker an casino have really gone down hill

In fact, from my own experience, they've had this problem from time to time for years.
It's usually resolved quickly, but I remember once having to wait more than a week for it to be fixed, and some people end up losing a ticket or two that were about to expire.
If you had any tickets that expired within that timeframe, they usually refund you when you contact support, but it depends on each case, of course.
