Poker rooms in states where weed is legal

I'm wondering if there's a law in states like Colorado that you can't work in a casino and a dispensary at the same time. I heard that there was, but not sure if that was for medical states or recreational states or both.

Anyone know anything?

From what I know, in all the states that have 'legalized' marijuana it is still a mess with workplace drug usage rules etc. I have not seen any willingness by any employers to relax their rules in this regard.

When it comes to Drug or Alcohol impairment for most employers and work rules, the legality of the substance is irrelevant. Consult your own work place policies handbook for YOUR definitive answer!
