Pokerstars app mobile without connecting

Hi guys. Is anyone else having a problem with the PokerStars mobile App? On mine, it's been almost 2 weeks since the connecting message appears and nothing connects. Does anyone know the reason?

I can't tell you anything about the mobile app. Maybe you just don't get updates on your phone. I last played from the mobile app on October 14th and everything was great.

For fast response and stable operation, you need at least 1 GB of RAM and an Internet connection via Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G. It is recommended to close other applications running in the background that use resources of the operating system, Internet, and RAM.

This happens, but very rarely (it’s certainly frustrating
