Pokerstars verification problems

Hi guys!
I've already played at partypoker but in the weeks I wanted to change to pokerstars.
And yeah, if you want to have withdrawals etc. you must verify yourself.I have to send my bank statement and ID in pokerstars App.But there is a problem.I'm a woman and I have joint bank account with my husband, and the bank statement it's on his name.I tried to contact pokerstars on [email protected] about it but they didn't reply.
Anyone can help, any way to verificate without bank statement and cc, maybe with utility bill.

their reply is kinda slow, i had to wait 48+ hrs for their 1st reply on resolving 2FA error on my account last time. wait patiently, they will reply

You might want to try support@starsaccount, I had to contact them lately and they were very prompt replying up to 3 times a day.
And it would be even easier if you could open a new bank account in your name.

I think of you have a utility bill in your name they will accept, I usually send utilities bills to verify my address in the poker rooms and they all accepted.
