Question for 888 poker support

Hi, I actually have a question regarding sports betting on your site. Your chatbot does not offer any option to choose sports betting from menu. I place some bets on 21 November. It's as if the events didn't take place. But I didn't get the money back either. Could you check for me?

888 have a support thread on the forum, you are better off asking directly there, the rep does look into cases..
