Which site has more fish? Pokerstars or full tilt?

I am wondering which site has the more fish from your experience from each site? Which site has more fish for sng and mtt? I currently play low stakes at full tilt but i might move to poker stars.

Iono, both sites have maniacs. Then again, I've only played the free rolls in MTTs. I guess it's not that nuts since in order to win, you definitely have to get lucky a number of times, so why not just keep shoving? Even if you go into the showdown with the best hand everytime, you just need to get unlucky once to have all your previous effort wasted.

I lasted 10 minutes in the latest FT MTT. Due to the Take 2 promo, I built up some points, so I entered a 50FTP tourney. Out of 600 or so entrants, the final 5 get a $26 token.

I folded every hand till I got AQ at CO. UTG pushes all in. Everyone folds around to me. Normally I do not call that. But this table has proven to be guys shoving with ANYTHING. I reraise all in to squeeze the other folks out. Sure enough, he's got 86 offsuit.

But guess who won? 66993 board.

That took me down to 360 chips and I went down the next hand shoving with KQ. Beaten by a guy with KJ.

The ppl who claim FT's software isn't messed up compared to a fairer site like Pokerstars will continue to say "variance" till the cows come home, of course. All I know is why I left FT.

If there's nothing free or cash giveaway there, I am not risking any coins there.

I personally feel like Full Tilt has more fish, although with the amount of players at each site, the fish are everywhere at the lower limits.

Pokerstars have more fish players that fulltilt. You have no chance of winning more in fulltitl because the site is rigged. Winners are randomly selected

stars has more players = more fish

also for cash games it's better to stay at stars for 10NL and below, cuz I believe they start raking at 1$ pots, whereas FTP rakes 1c for every 15c in the pot.

Pokerstars without a doubt. They attract more fish-type players.

They are the two larges sites so they have both the most fish and the toughest players as well. I think FT has a few more fish at the smaller stakes. PS seems to have some very solid grinders at say the .05/.10 IMO.

Fishier players on Pokerstars in micro SNG play imo.

I think Full Tilt attracts more fish players because the software "looks cooler"

Speaking percentages, I'd say it's about the same at the major sites. Some of the smaller sites probably have a higher percentage of fish. These days, even the micro stakes games have much better players than a few years ago. There is a lot of educational stuff out there, plus forums like Cardschat, which improve everybodys game. :icon_salu

Actually I think it's pretty close, stars has more players, but fulltilt has fancy software and lots of advertising, plus there's rush poker which might attract a whole new breed of degenerate gamblers.

But really who cares, there's fishies by the thousand and not enough sharks to catch them all.

me too but i think fulltilt has more tournaments with the possibility to win very much money!!!

i played microstakes on both, i had a good win rate on pokerstars, 6bb/100 at 2nl and 8bb/100 at 5 nl over 150.000 hands, thought i try it on fulltilt so i deposited 20$ and it didn't work as good, sure i was winning but not at the same ratio, busted my money playing hyper turbo heads up and rush poker.

i now play a lot on pokerstars most of the time, i find it the most fishyest.

I think pokerstars probably has more fish because they have more than double the player that FTP has. But the FTP software is a lot worst than the pokerstars software because I never freeze in pokerstars, the rake is a lot better and the SNG's are a lot better for micro's on pokerstars.

Ok, there is only one way to solve this. Everyone who is a winning player go to PS. Everyone else, stay with me at FT.
