Strange problem with a SnG on ACR Poker

In todays session something strange happened with one of my SnGs on ACR Poker. After a few hands no more hands were dealt, but blinds kept going up. Occationally now and then a single hand was dealt, but then again nothing. Now this could have been a server crash, but another SnG ran normally, until it was finished. Has anyone else had this experience, and what happened? Did they eventually cancel the game and refund players?

Update: Finally a message appeared: "we are experiencing technical difficulties. We will pause the games while reviewing....."

Guess its just another server crash then.

Just for information the SnG was in fact cancelled, and I recieved a refund of $11.42 for a $11 game. This mean, they did a "roll forward", since one player had already busted out of 8.
