Hello everyone.

After the latest PartyPoker updates, I've been having technical problems with the site. One of them is that my avatar simply disappeared and I can't put it back. This is just one of the problems.

Yesterday, the worst happened. I can't log in. When I try to connect, a blank window appears and after a while the information below appears, which I don't know what it is.

I uninstalled the site and cleaned all the cache, and when I tried to install it again, my antivirus wouldn't let me install it, saying that it was a malicious site.

So I asked my nephew, who is a computer technician, for help. He disabled the antivirus and managed to install it again. However, when I tried to log in, the same blank window and the information below appeared. He tried to track the link address, but was unsuccessful. Nothing happened.

The interesting thing is that he tried to download PartyPoker on his computer, and he couldn't do it either. The site simply won't open, and he's never had an account on PartyPoker or any other poker site. After all, he doesn't play poker.

I contacted PartyPoker support, but I haven't received a response yet. I'd like to know if any member has noticed any problems with the site.

I've tried using PartyPoker a few times lately and can't get it to work well. You mention your avatar. I have one from long ago when I did play there a lot but couldn't figure out how to change it, or even how to ask for help. I just figured it wasn't meant to be so I deleted the App.

It's the same for me, Gritz.

But this loading page has been like this for a long time, or as far as I remember it was part of the casino or free spins advertisements that are no longer available to us.
But these are just guesses!

My image is also being analyzed and they never check it!

Back then when I was playing on pp everything went very well and I never had such problems.
I would contact ur internet provider about it and tell them every detail

On the other way can i play freeroll before i deposit because i want to see the game before i deposit and last time i was not able too play ???

I went through this a little while ago, my account was self-deleted for a while, when I tried to download the site it wouldn't open, so I anchored the cell phone's internet on the notebook and managed to download and install, I thought it was some IP blocking since it had been self-deleted, after downloading I spent some time being able to use and log in, after reactivating the account, however since yesterday, I open the app and it simply doesn't open and it's running in the task manager, it takes a long time and when it opens it gives the same error as yours.

@Gritz18 mine is normal, I never had this problem, but the wheel that spins to win tickets today had an error for me, it must be their server.

According to them, this is a recent technical problem, but I don't believe that, they just didn't tell me why it only affects some users, I've been noticing problems with crashes and even blank screens for some time now.

Earlier today it was full of bugs for me, however, in the afternoon it returned to normal, just small bugs now like the prize not appearing on the roulette wheel.

Partypoker really has a lot of technical errors in its latest updates. I hope they improve this as soon as possible.

Now I understand that I wasn't able to log in!

I don't think it has anything to do with that page not loading properly... That's why I mentioned it!
Have they fixed it yet?

Yes this ^ is the same for me.
The site is running perfectly for me... just that weekend prize wheel thing (which is really nothing I'm concerned about)

Many possibilities, I heard rumors about the party a few years ago that it might no longer work in Brazil due to gaps in Brazilian poker legislation, are they leaving? Maybe it could be a reaction to security problems and hackers who don't sympathize with us:). Let's wait... I tried again and nothing opens, it runs in the manager but never opens, it's very strange.

I also have this error on my computer, I just need to wait for them to fix it. In the meantime, on my cell phone, everything is fine, I'm playing on it.

Not yet, as I mentioned above, I downloaded it on my tablet, but the gameplay is very bad, and even so I was always away because I lost connection.

So it must be technical problems. I also prefer to play on the computer, I'm old school.:)
