💵Testing withdrawals from Poker rooms.💵

I decided to start the year by testing the speed of withdrawals at the five poker rooms where I play. Withdrawal amounts range from $40.00 USD to $150.00 USD, and I used the same withdrawal mechanism that is currently widely used in Brazil, PIX (Brazilian instant payment).

And the results were as follows:

1st place - PartyPoker, withdrawal approved and deposited into my account 23 minutes after the request was made.

2nd place - 888Poker, withdrawal approved and deposited into my account 32 minutes after the request was made.

3rd place - Pokerstars, withdrawal approved and deposited into my account 62 minutes after the request was made.

4th place - GGPoker, withdrawal released and deposited into my account 23 hours after the request was made.

5th place - WPTGlobal, did not release my withdrawal, claiming the same problem as at the end of last year.

They can't confirm my location and if I'm in a permitted area, I had already done everything they asked me to do at the time and the problem still persists.

I even called a computer technician to my house to configure everything they asked me to do and even then WPT claims they can't find my location.

I find this strange because I had already made two withdrawals from WPT and both were released and paid. Below is the last email they sent me.

Partypoker for me they deposit instantly via Pix option. 888 is junk can only withdraw by muchbetter and they charge 10% it's quick tho. Pokerstars charges way more on deposit fees I don't play anymore, ggpoker I am banned cause insulted them via email lol, already apologize and everything but they won't let me play again. WPT they pay me in like 3h or so. If u have a friend try transfer them your funds at WPT and they pay u at the bank? gl dude

I may be wrong, but in the WPT there is no such possibility of transfers between players. And if there is such a possibility, poker rooms generally do not allow you to withdraw money from player transfers; the money can only be used for gambling.

It is difficult to resolve this situation with the WPT. I have already sent them several emails saying that I have done everything they asked me to do, and they still claim that they cannot identify my location and whether I am playing from a permitted area.

From Venezuela there are few poker rooms where you can make withdrawals using the available payment methods, I have only made withdrawals in cryptocurrencies. Bodog is the room where they credit me the fastest; it only takes a minute via Bitcoin Lightning, on GGPoker via Bitcoin it takes at least 15 hours and on WPT Global it takes around 4 hours using USDT

The problem is not with the way I withdraw money from WPT, but rather with the difficulty WPT has in knowing my location. I believe it is a problem with the website, and this may be resolved over time.

I've done this and much more. My nephew, who is an IT technician, came to my house and did everything they asked, but they still claim they can't locate me.

What I find funny is that they only can't locate me when I make a withdrawal request, but I continue to play on the site without any problems, and in this case the site allows me to continue playing even though it claims it doesn't know my location and whether I'm in an authorized area.🤔😁

This is getting pretty scary and scummy from them! Needs more publicity!

Ask them if you could maybe film video of you entering your house from outside with actual physical camera. Then turning on PC, opening WPT Global client. Sounds pretty extreme but I heard that's what Winamax once did with someone.

They are adamant, they certainly would not accept something like that, they keep saying that they cannot find my location, and if I am in a permitted area.

I have now sent an email providing a printout of all my configuration screens showing that my location is activated, and permission for the applications I use to see me, I am waiting for a response from WPT.

I can't believe that they sent partypoker money so quickly, a few years ago I won a quick tournament with a $10,000 jackpot and even after a week they didn't send money, then I canceled the withdrawal and lost all the money back to the tournaments with $250 jackpot

I've never had any problems withdrawing money from PartyPoker, they are very fast when it comes to payments, I hope it stays that way.

Hello, first of all I can confirm that WPT does pay and it is a page that fulfills what it promises. I find it very complex to translate the message they sent you. But if you like you can send it to me privately and I will try to help you.
On the other hand, I want to clarify the experience in Argentina in case you are interested:

partypoker: it is a very good room but unfortunately it is restricted and does not currently allow Argentinians

pokerstars: withdrawals work in 2 ways
option 1 refund: this means that if throughout your game you deposited $100 for example. They have that $100 ready to pay you immediately into your wallet selected as a deposit.
Option 2: payment of profits, in this case it may take longer. but generally within an hour you will have your money credited (mostly 5 minutes is enough) (I use skrill, astropay and before I used muth better)

888poker: in these cases, for those who do not know, there is only the withdrawal method by bank transfer. but once we make a deposit with skrill we are enabled to withdraw with skrill and generally the withdrawal arrives on the second day around 8am (very delayed) (I use skrill)

GGpoker: if you have all the documentation it will take around 24 hours, check the email, they will notify you of any errors to correct (I use astropay and skrill)

WPT: Generally available within the hour you make the withdrawal. but it has taken me 24 hours on some occasions (I use astropay)

In my case, the longest withdrawal was at 888. Sometimes it takes 4 days. And in my case, PokerStars is the fastest, withdrawals take up to one hour.

How can to insult customer support via email and then besides apologize for it? You have mental issues, dude.

They pay me out on Skrill within 12 hours max. I've made about 10 withdrawals so far for different amounts, the largest I remember was about $200.

For me using the same cashout method, PartyPoker, 888 and PS in average takes 15 minutes (most of the times is less than 5 minutes), WPT takes on average 2-3 hours. GGpoker I rarely cashout, so, I don't remember how much time it took. I think it's great time, because a few years ago only PS used to pay fast, all the others it took at least one day to cashout, sometimes even more.
