I had 1 hour to spare so i decide to play a $5 SnG. First prize is a ticket to the $20 event in 2 weeks and second a ticket to the same SNG ($5 ticket).
Took a while to fill up and 2 players were AFK. I finish second I win a ticket to the same Sit n Go.
But wait.... I got auto registered. Click unregister. Guess what, unregister is not allowed

So I wait 2 hours and no one ever register.
I contacted support.
I had to explain the situation.
I had the answer "Let me see when the Sit N Go is scheduled"

OK I give up

I guess it worth to wait because I finally got into another SNG with 4 players sit-out.
What a shame they register to the following SNG and did not tell you at all. The 4 sit-out were probably players like me auto-register

Customer Support at the chico network is some of the worst one can imagine. They give you runaround after runaround and never try to understand anything you tell them.

I wonder sometimes if actual humans are working there. Im not just saying this out of anger or something, i had my experiences with them first hand.

That is kind of dumb. The 5$ should of course be rewarded as a ticket, that can be used at the players convenience, or even simpler as cash. But I guess lesson learned, and now you will not play this kind of SnG again :)

By the way other sites also have some pretty stupid satellite ideas. On PokerStars many satellites distribute additional funds as rebates to the target tournament. For example a Sunday Million satellite might reward X number of entries worth 109$ and then some additional 22$ rebates and a single cash price less than 22$ if needed. But if I am trying to satellite in, its probably, because I am not interested in buying in directly for 109$. And then I am probably also not interested in buying in for 87$. So winning one of these rebates put people in a odd spot, where they either have to donate the 22$, they just won, to PokerStars, or play a tournament for far more money, that they were planning.
