you need to rake 10$+ in a day to get a spin

Yah once you put a rake of $10 atleast then you are gonna to get that spin either in your mail or via a pop up in your poker client.

The key thing is you are only gonna get a cashback of the rake generated.
If you hit 25% on the wheel then you will get $2.5 as a Cashback of the $10 raked amount.
So to generate a $10 rake you need to play around $100 of tourneys.

So this promotion is good for the cash players.
