What are the Carbon restrictions as far as transfering player to player?

I didn't see the transfer option under player Admin. So I'm wondering what requirements do you have to meet to be able to transfer funds to other players? I also couldn't seem to find this information in their FAQ's.

you need to deposite atleast once and then contact costumer service ,sometimes they ask for id card and sometimes without id card they will activate p2p transfer

Also, the last time I transfered money, the minimum amount was $5.

The option is under cashier. I have transferred as low as a dollar.
The restrictions I had to go through last year were make the minimum depost, scan front and back of card I used for deposit and send in as well as my ID and a utility bill. Then wait 3 weeks after the date of the deposit to transfer.
They may have lightened up since then, you should get their CS on live chat.

I have never had to call them or send anything in. For a long time I was able to transfer every time I tried. But a couple of months ago when I tried one it would not go through. I think they require you to leave a minimum amount in your balance but I have no idea what that is.

I have since been able to transfer a couple of times with no problem. (My balance was larger).

Is the policy network-wide or skin-specific-- anyone know?

I know that on Hero, I could transfer funds after verifying my account (ID, proof of address) -- never deposited. I've always been able to transfer on Carbon since depositing via EWX back in like 2009 (without having verified my account), but I think their policies for account verification may have changed since then. Only verified recently to prevent any snags post-BF, but had done many transfers before that.
