Hello CardChat family! đź‘‹
Lately, I've been reflecting on how artificial intelligence and chatbots could change our study of poker. I mean, if there was a Telegram bot that worked as a mini-solver — would it help you sort your hands, calculate odds, or even analyze push/fold situations right from your phone? 📱
We all know that professional problem solvers like GTO Wizard or PioSolver are powerful, but not always accessible or user-friendly for beginners. Imagine instead this bot in Telegram, where you can type something like:
> “UTG opens 2BB, BTN 3-beta — what's my range with 40BB?”
And it instantly gives you a basic GTO recommendation or simplified diagram. It would be very convenient, wouldn't it?
Of course there is a question 🤔:
Will players really trust the bot's answers?
Can it really recreate the depth of GTO solvers?
And most importantly, will it help beginners learn, or just make them play like robots?
Personally, I think it can be a great learning tool, especially for players who play at low stakes or on the go. It won't replace deep learning, but it can serve as a quick pocket trainer between handouts or after a bad beat.
What do you think? Will training a bot to solve problems in Telegram make it easier, or do you prefer traditional software and manual training?
🤖💬 I would like to hear your thoughts — maybe someone here has already seen a similar project or even built it!
