How do I use a GTO solver and which open-source one do you recommend?

I am trying some tools to analyse my games and I am not sure if a GTO solver is one that I can use. For example, I would like to guess villain's range after he open limps, but I am not sure if a GTO solver allows me to enter the action and guess my / villain's range.

Also, which solver do you recommend on a Linux desktop?

A GTO solver will allow you to enter a range for villain BUT it will not help you "guess the villain's range after he limps". That job is still on you.
Bear in mind if you don't assign reasonably accurate ranges then your GTO results will be skewed - garbage in/garbage out.

The way to work out limping ranges is by observing his VPIP stats (if available) or showdowns (i.e. when villain limps and gets to showdown).

No recommendation because I did find it only with an AI search and I did not use it.

Opensource TexasHoldem Solver

A linux version is also available.

There is also a tutorial video available.

Maybe look at your hud and see what his limp stats are and back your way into his range.
