Guys just a quick question does HEM 2 have problems with hand history on blaze poker (fast fold) on microgaming???

Im OK that hud doesnt work, should it work btw? but for some reason the hands i quick folded simply arent stored in my databaze, only the hands i VPIP or i was at blinds. do i have something setup wrong or its the known problem?

Microgaming does not write full hand histories on hands that are folded. So the hands that we can import are only the ones in which you go to showdown.

Carbon decided to disable it, don't think it can be fixed.

If they don't write proper hand histories we can't generate a HUD. We require hand history files to display a HUD. If they don't ban HUDs/Trackers a 3rd party developer could do some sort of card catcher or screen reader but we likely won't do it ourselves.

In regards to your issue; we have made a few updates to our poker room, which will help improve the overall poker ecology. This will make your poker experience more exciting and fun. Unfortunately, the feature you mention has been disabled.

What a bummer... Thanks for the info tho man. It's kind of shocking they would do this considering the player pool is already so low and they will certainly lose players because of this.

I agree, like Kahn said though, I don't think their main focus is poker players. They want players to gamble in the casino, sportsbetting, and dfs. That being said there going to lose business by killing poker off.

If you are looking for Cbet (3barrel), that is the river cbet. What exact situation are you looking for?

I have a problem that keeps happening regularly. I play 15-20 tables, and try to mark hands. Sometimes I click on the hand and instead of the hand history window nothing happens. This is only on one table. The others work fine. Then I noticed what you see in the screen shot I attached. There is the window, it is not popping up, and if I try to see it all my windows disappear until I no longer hover my mouse over the window, but they come back immediately when I move my mouse away. The window does not appear at all except as the empty hing you see in the SS.. by not appearing I mean I cannot get it to appear if I click on it, it just makes my other windows disappear as I said, and even if I close it, on whatever table that happened on it continues untill I close HEM and re open.

Very annoying and tilting at time when I have a hand I need to save and only seconds to devote to trying to save it with all those tables going.....

The SS is the view at the bottom of my desktop, the thumbnail Quick Start icons, when I hover my mouse over them. I hope I explained this ok...??

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. I was using the HM2 trial when I updated my windows to 10. Now I can't access the App because it keeps asking for license code.

What should I do here?

When I copy my HH and convert it works. When I copy with stats it is sporadic. Now it does not work at all. I use the DC hand converter, if you have another one let me know.

The headers are different: here are 2 HH headers, one with stats one without (with stats - the one that will not convert - is first)

The problem is with Euro tables, I just figured out. Dollar tables work fine. Both work without stats. Maybe a DC thing, unless you know about this problem otherwise.
