sng poker wizard software

I am trying out sng wizard. the problem I have is I can import hands from 888 but can't import hands from poker stars.

When I import them the sng tournaments do not come up on the wizard.

Can anyone help and advise me on what I am doing wrong

I do not use the software but I'll try to help since it not rocket science.

So, what have you done so far? Are there any error messages?

The first thing that comes to mind is that the file path that you have set in the wizard for Stars is incorrect.

Did you try creating a new database and then importing the Stars hands? I just downloaded SNGWiz v3 and started a 30-day trial and it had no issues importing my SNG hands from Stars MI.
