if you just started in poker i really don't recommend you to watch solvers solutions except if it's preflop i would recommend you to learn preflop ranges to understand how to play with your position and stack though but not postflop it will slow you down

Or Google HRC, PIO, GTO+ and youtube you will find a lot of nice videos.
