What is the best compact device?

I'm thinking of investing in a tablet or notebook, what would be the best compact tool to be able to play professionally?

Cheap used laptop. But then again i still dont use it on regular basis eventhough it still works after all these years

Laptop with hdmi output and monitor output, this way you have the ability to multi screen if needed. I only use my phone to toggle from my laptop when I have to get my kids from school, not the best for multi tabling

Most definately a laptop is the best choice. The only real other choice is a PC.

buy yourself a better computer for the money it will be best, and if you choose between the two that you wrote then the laptop will be better
