I personally think Tottenham, they have signed one of the best up and coming defensive midfielders in Bousouma, kept Harry Kane, Son ect.. all their good players. Plus got experience won it all Perisic for the wing, got Lenglet on-loan from Barcelona and got Richarlison who we all know is proven in the Premier League. They're also probably gonna get Spence at RB too which is their weak link in their team IMO.

Liverpool have done good business but lost Sadio Mane. If they didn't lose him then they would be right up there for me.

Certainly Barcelona for its financial reasons, in which now some are still being considered, but it brought Lewandowski, Raphinha, Konde and Marcos Alonso, Azpilliqueta. I think Barcelona will fight for everything again this season
